Scan with a phone or tablet, or plug in a USB or Bluetooth 2D barcode scanner. Linju's chime tells you each code went through, the till tells you when someone is new, and it builds your customer list.
A stamp card that brings them back
A stamp each visit and a reward when the card is full. Regulars with a paper card bring their stamps across once, so nobody loses a visit.
A word with your followers
Tell the customers who follow your shop what's new, with an offer if you like. It reaches them in Linju. On Plus, put an item from your price list in it.

A paper card can't tell you how many came back. A post can't tell you how many came in. Linju shows you both, and brings you people who have never been in.

Plus free until Linju brings you 5 new customers
Every shop Linju approves by 15 December 2026 is a founding shop. Plus is free until Linju has brought you 5 new customers, and for 30 days after that.
Then keep Plus at £9.99 a month for your first 12 months, or carry on with Free. No card needed to start.
A new customer counts when their first visit uses your welcome offer, or when they joined your shop on Linju before coming in. The founding price is monthly, VAT included, for your first paid subscription; after 12 months Plus is £19.99 a month. You can cancel at any time and carry on with Free. Linju may end it early if your shop leaves Linju or breaks the Terms for shops.
What it costs
Start free and stay free for as long as you like. Plus is for shops that want to bring regulars back every week and see who returns.

Is Linju a loyalty app?
It does more than that. A loyalty scheme rewards the customers you already have; Linju starts by bringing you new ones from the streets around your shop, then gives them a reason to come back, with a stamp card and rewards.
Do I need new equipment?
No. Scan with a phone or tablet, and plug in a USB or Bluetooth 2D barcode scanner if you have one. Print your counter card from Linju.
I use paper stamp cards. What happens to them?
At the till, staff bring a customer's paper stamps onto their Linju card, once. Nobody starts again.
Can my staff scan customers?
Yes. Invite them by email; they scan and see the shop, and only you change it.
What do customers see?
Your page: your name, photo, address, opening hours, your stamp card, your welcome offer, your price list and your latest update.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The price you see is the price you pay, and your invoice shows the VAT.
Can I cancel Plus?
Any time, on linju.app. Plus runs to the end of the period you paid for, then your shop is on Free. Nothing is deleted.
Can I stop?
Any time. Pause your offers whenever you like, or delete your account and your shop leaves Linju.
